Five on Friday

Friday, November 13, 2009
I was interviewed! The Climbing Roses of the Wild Rose Press Blog hosts a "Five on Friday" segment where they have people answer only FIVE questions apiece. Well, today was my day, so feel free to pop over and read Five on Friday - Linda Kage Edition.

And happy Friday the Thirteenth. Hope no ladders fall on you, black cats cross your path, or scary masked men come to visit.

  1. Linda, I'll head on over. I had a Friday The 13th post, but life got in the way.

  7. Fun, you had me worried there for a minute with the flood one. I've actually seen video footage of just such happening. Very scary, even for the onlooker.

  8. Thank you, thank you, Robyn and Molly.

Sherry, I did not know there'd been so many Friday the 13th this year. You must've had a lucky year...well, beside the whole hives thing.

Tamika, good to know you haven't had problems yet. It'd be freaky if your alarm went off again tonight though.

Jessica, Jackie and Tess, Thank you times three. Say happy b-day to your sister. My brother's b-day was yesterday.

Eileen, sorry for worrying you. I have a bad sense of humor sometimes.

  10. Two years ago my neighbours cat gave birth to seven black kettens and all but one was given to someone on my block so I see a black near everyday. I gave the one that was given to me to my sister. You know, I’m reminded each time I visit your blog how a passion well expressed can inspire. Thanks for sharing, all the very best and a lovely weekend.

  11. We had a litter of almost all black kittens on October 30th - practically Halloween if not Friday the 13th - still spooky days. As we owned the parents and one was all black, you can guess we're not very superstitious.

At the day job on Friday the 13th this year, we had an all day long day of prayer. Just a coincidence but it was a very holy day for us.

  12. You know I always wondered... If a black cat crossing your path is bad luck, would a pure white cat crossing your path be good luck??
